Check-In & Checkout Time
The standard check-in time for arrival guests is 1300 hours on the arrival day whilst the checkout time for all departure guests is 1200 hours on the day of departure. This is regardless of the check-in time into the Hotel on the arrival day.
Early check-in can be arranged for arrival guests starting from 10:00 hours without any additional charge depending on the availability of rooms at the Hotel. Early check-in is available from 06:00 hours at 50% of the room rate. However, guests who arrive before 0600 hours should pay for the full night.
Any room occupied by guests departing after 1200 hours on the day of their departure will be considered as late checkout rooms and charges will apply accordingly. Guests who do not require late checkout till their departure time are requested to leave the Hotel latest by 2300 hours on the same day.
Paradise Island will provide combined transfers for all arrival guests with prior reservation to suite their flight timing regardless of the arrival time of the flight.
The Hotel will arrange combined transfers for all guests departing Paradise Island 03 hours before their scheduled flight time as the airlines requires their passengers to be at the airport 2½ hours prior to the flight departure time for check-in formalities. Guests transferring from and to other islands will not be provided with separate transfers.
Please note that most airline check-in counters close 01 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.
Guests who do not wish to join the regular transfer of the Hotel and leave earlier or later than the scheduled transfer time should book private transfers according to their flights but charges will apply accordingly. For bookings and private transfer charges please contact the reception.
BOARD INCLUSIVE MEALS
Please note that for all-inclusive, full board, half board and bed & breakfast guests their entitled meals are served only in the main restaurant. Meals start for all-inclusive & full board guests with lunch on their arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day while meals for half board guests begins with dinner on arrival day and ends with breakfast on their departure day. The meals for guests who are on bed & breakfast basis will begin in the following day and ends with breakfast on the departure day.
DEPARTURE DAY MEALS
Departure day meals will only be provided to guests who have missed their entitled meals on the day of arrival due to late check-in at the Hotel. If any late meal is provided on the arrival day, it will be counted as a given meal though the guests have arrived at the Hotel after the normal mealtime. No refund will be made for any prepaid meals that the guest has not consumed.
Breakfast Will be provided for all the departure clients except for guests who are booked on a room-only basis.
Lunch Will be provided to all-inclusive & full board departure guests who have arrived at the hotel after 1400 hours on the arrival day, and for half board departure guests who have checked-in to the hotel after 2100 hours but leave the hotel before 1900 hours on the day of their departure.
Dinner Will be provided to all-inclusive, full board and half board departure guests who have arrived at the hotel after 2100 hours on the arrival day.
Guests who have pre-booked late checkout with their travel agent/tour operators by paying for one full night are also entitled to meals on the day of their departure as per the meal plan chosen at the time of booking.
Half board guests will be provided with breakfast and dinner and neither of these meals is interchangeable with lunch.
Guests who cut their stay short and leave the Hotel earlier than the original departure date is liable to pay 100% cancellation fees for the full stay. There will be no refund for any unused inclusions such as meals, transfers, accommodations or excursions.
All direct paying guests are requested to pay for their accommodation and return airport transfer charges directly at the Hotel reception on arrival. Charges for all other services will be posted to your room account and can be paid for in full before you checkout from the Hotel.
CREDIT CLOSE TIME
Credit facilities at all outlets including the telephone line in the room will be closed 1½ hours prior to the scheduled departure time from the Hotel except for guests departing after 1200 hours. Credit facilities will be closed at 1100 hours for guests who do not book late checkout and departing hotel after 1200 hours on the departure day.
COURTESY ROOMS FOR DEPARTURE GUESTS
Courtesy rooms will be arranged for clients who do not have individual day rooms. The number of courtesy rooms and guests per room depends on the availability of rooms at the Hotel. Luggage will be picked up from your rooms at 1100 hours on the day of your departure and will be kept in our luggage room till the time of your departure. Courtesy rooms will be available from 1400 hours. For courtesy rooms please contact the reception.
The necessary information regarding your departure will be displayed on the notice board at the lobby one day prior to your departure. For further assistance, please contact either the Guest Relations or the Reception.
